Samantha always knew she was destined for a successful career in real estate, and her path to residential sales expertise was, in fact, curated well before she entered the industry in 2019.
She initially established a far-reaching social network during her 4 years of academic success at Penn State University, which has now evolved into an emerging professional network. Her keen sense of style and design led to her first job as a Buyer for fashion retailer Century 21, and then for Rue Gilt Groupe. After 5 years developing her business skills, particularly related to pricing and negotiating, as well as enhancing her creative design and natural sense of style, Samantha knew the time was right.
She earned her NY and FLA Real Estate Sales Licenses and seamlessly transitioned to real estate, with her first stop including a critical learning role as a Sales Contract Administrator at a high-profile residential development in the exclusive Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn. Samantha then confidently jumped into direct sales working at Douglas Elliman, and after 4 years and the closing of millions of dollars of residential sales, has now joined the #1 Real Estate Brokerage - The Corcoran Group.
